IEM-61 is a multipurpose shutter for encrusting machines. As an optional equipment, IEM-61 is compatible with INP-626 and INP-726 for making mini buns, soup dumplings, Xiao long bao, pan-fried dumplings and more. With independent motors, the speed of shutter blades and the conveyor can be adjusted separately. This mechanism allows users to control the size and capacity with precision. Moreover, under the conveyor, equipped the push up device that can hold the food product when the shutter cut it off. As for the shutter, IEM-61 has three sets of blades for users to choose. The 6-blade, 9-blade and 12-blade shutters can produce different kinds of folding marks on the top of the food products. Among the three sets of shutters, 12-blade shutter is the most popular for Xiao long bao making. The 12-fold marks created by the shutter received more positive feedbacks from consumers.
