Description.
IEM Series is a multipurpose shutter machine for soup dumpling production. As an optional extra, IEM 60 is compatible with INP-626 for making mini buns, soup dumpling, Xiao long bao, pan-fried dumplings and all. Unlike IEM 61, the IEM 60 is suitable for smaller foods.
Applications of IEM 60 Soup Dumpling Shutter to Encrusting Machines
As for the shutter, the shutter of IEM 60 will move vertically while cutting off the food products. IEM 60 comes with two sets of blades, and with each shutter IEM 60 can make different kinds of products. For example, 6-blade shutter can produce small meat pies with INP 626 multipurpose dumpling machine. A 9-blade shutter can make soup dumpling with 9 folds. IEM 60 is equipped with individual control panel which can be operated alone and be applied with other machines. IEM 60 is smaller and easy to move. The stainless-steel body makes IEM 60 easy to clean and dissemble.
