INP-540 is a rolling, stuffing, and forming machine used to make steamed meat buns. The dough is rolled into a wrapping sheet by the automatic dough sheeter. From there it moves onto the dough conveyor, then rolled into its specified thickness and then wrapping up the extruded filling onto a wrapper by the rolling pin. It is then cut by a guillotine or an encrusting unit, the roll will be formed into
steamed buns or steamed breads. The advantage of this roll forming method is that it could preserve the elasticity of the dough, preserving the handmade texture.
